Exchanges & Store Credit
Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, changes of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Made-to-order or customized items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved damaged, defective, incorrect, or unavailable items. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us through the website before sending your item back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
