Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping RoyalRebe11ion. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.
Processing Times
- Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Made-to-order items are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Orders containing both will ship together once all items are ready.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.
Shipping & Tracking
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
RoyalRebe11ion is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
If tracking has not updated or your package appears lost, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim. Packages marked as delivered are subject to investigation and are not automatically eligible for replacement or refund.
Shipping Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and the option to continue waiting or cancel the affected order for a full refund.
